Shipping 

We have free shipping in the USA and try to give the best price shipping for international customers, PLEASE NOTE, you are responsible for your own import tax so check your local laws, we will not give refunds if you get hit with import tax.

Returns

If you want to return your item after you have received it you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you cancel your pre-order you will be subject to a 5-10% restocking fee, this is to cover all of our fees and charges. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shadowfoil.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

We offer a 90 day warranty on all installed sabers and a 7 day warranty on neo pixel blades, most issue will occur within the first week so if you experience any issues let us know and we will RMA the item, if after 7 days you no longer want the item it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

NON Refundable Deposits

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are committing to a non-refundable 50% deposit on this production. If you would like to exit the production you may forfeit your pre-order or your pre-order can be sold or transferred to a third party with prior consent of all involved parties (myself included). Hilt is sold empty without electronics unless an install is purchased.
